The purpose of this invitation to tender is to subscribe to insurance contracts for the Municipality of Carcassonne. The operation consists of six separate lots: LOT 1. Insurance "Damage to property and incidental risks" LOT No. 2. Insurance "Liability and incidental risks" LOT No. 3. Insurance "Motor vehicle fleet and incidental risks" LOT No. 4. Insurance "Staff statutory risks" LOT No. 5. Insurance "Legal protection of natural persons" LOT No. 6. Insurance "All damage to precious objects and/or exhibits" Candidates may tender for one or more lots. The same insurance company may not submit more than one offer for each lot. The same insurance intermediary (agent or broker) may not submit more than one offer per lot. The same person may not represent more than one candidate per lot.
