Description

Le présent marché a pour objet l'entretien et la maintenance des ascenseurs, plate-formes PMR, monte-charges (détail dans l'état des prix forfaitaires) pour les bâtiments communaux et les bâtiments CCAS.
Il s'agit d'un marché à prix mixtes:
— à prix forfaitaires pour les prestations d'entretien minimal ou étendu dont la liste et les caractéristiques sont indiquées dans l'état des prix forfaitaires (article 1.2. «Prestations d'entretien» du CCTP);
— à bons de commande pour les prestations complémentaires hors entretien (article 2. «Travaux complémentaires hors entretien» du CCTP).
Forme de marché: à bons de commande sans minimum ni maximum.
Attribution d'un marché unique.
Accord-cadre conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an.
L'accord-cadre prend effet le 12.6.2021.
Les prestations à prix forfaitaires débutent dès le 12.6.2021; les prestations à bons de commande débutent à la date fixée sur les bons de commande.
