‘Debrecen, Ostoros Street new pavement design’ In the context of the tendering procedure for the selection of the designer, the planning tasks of the new pavement of Debrecen, Ostoros Street and the associated drainage of storm water are carried out. The purpose of the design is to design 170 metres of new pavement with the associated drainage of storm water and the related relevant public utility constructions. Detailed definition of the planning task: Preparation of the authorisation and construction plans for the work parts (Geodesian survey, public lighting, traffic engineering designs) of road construction, storm water drainage and the related relevant technical and utility service regulations (e.g. Geodesian survey, public lighting and traffic engineering plans) of Ostoros Street, by obtaining the necessary administrative permits. It is also necessary to establish an updated size at the level of the construction plan and an itemised and unpriced budget supported by volume calculations in electronic editable form. During the guarantee period (during the validity of the guarantee), the Client may order a complete design review from the designer, the deadline for which shall be 90 calendar days from the date of the order, and the consideration shall be 15 % of the total design fee. The contracting authority shall not consider any necessary changes to the design resulting from the clarifications received during the public procurement procedure(s) for construction. The client expects 2 e.g. colour paper and 2 e.g. electronic.d.d.dwg and.pdf extensions to be delivered on a desk for each design work part. The contracting authority draws the tenderers’ attention to the fact that the detailed and complete technical content is included in the additional procurement documents.
