1. The subject of this contract is the provision of comprehensive legal services related to the conduct of medical experiments, clinical and scientific research by the Ordering Party on behalf of domestic and foreign entities 2. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to provide the following services in the field of service, in particular: a) full formal and legal verification of draft contracts for conducting medical experiments, clinical and scientific research, contracts for partnership projects, CDA, b) negotiating the terms of contracts with domestic and foreign entities ordering the Ordering Party to participate in clinical and scientific research, c) support of the Head of the Clinical and Scientific Research Department of the Ordering Party in preparing documents and opinions related to the functioning of the Clinical and Scientific Research Department of the Ordering Party, d) representing the Ordering Party at meetings with representatives of domestic and foreign entities in negotiating the terms of contracts for conducting medical experiments, clinical and scientific research, including before the Medical Research Agency, e) giving opinions on other contracts and documents related to the subject of this contract, verification of annexes to concluded contracts, f) keeping records of correspondence related to matters with negotiated contracts containing the date of sending documents by the Contractor and obtaining a response from the Ordering Party in the IT system made available by the Ordering Party, g) In addition, the Contractor will be obliged to provide support to the Head of the Contracting Authority's Clinical and Scientific Research Department in the preparation of documents and opinions related to the functioning of the Clinical and Scientific Research Department, other than negotiating contracts and annexes.
