Description

De aanbesteder Buha bv heeft het voornemen om een overeenkomst met één opdrachtnemer aan te gaan voor 'Sportvelden onderhoud'.
Het betreft navolgende deelopdrachten:
- standaard machinaal onderhoud inclusief maaien
- robotmaaien
Voor de deelopdracht 2 geldt dat opdrachtgever, op basis van de ingediende inschrijvingen een afweging wil maken of ze overgaat op robotmaaien. In het geval hiervoor gekozen wordt vervalt het reguliere maaiwerk voor deelopdracht 1.
Het streven is om per 1 januari 2023 de overeenkomst aan te gaan. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van 5 jaar en zal aflopen op 31 december 2027. Deze periode heeft deze looptijd gezien de 'mogelijke' keuze voor perceel robotmaaiers, daarbij is rekening gehouden met de afschrijvingstermijn van 5 jaar.

De aanbesteding van deze overeenkomst geschiedt volgens het ARW 2016.
