Description

The Etablissement Public Campinois pour la Géothermie (EPCG), whose jurisdiction extends over the commune of Champigny-sur-Marne, operates a heating network ("Historical Network") supplied mainly by energy from its geothermal power plant but also by decentralized gas boilers and by energy recovered from 2 gas-fired cogeneration units commissioned in 2013 (electrical power = 2 x 1940 kWe). In 2023, this network delivered approximately 65,000 MWh of thermal energy to 53 substations via a heat network of approximately 9 km. The cogeneration units delivered about 12,000 MWh of heat and 13,000 MWh of electricity. In order to compensate for the cessation of the obligation to purchase and additional remuneration mechanisms for electricity produced by cogeneration in March 2025, the EPCG wishes to undertake work to maintain current energy production capacities while increasing the renewable energy rate of the heating network to a minimum of 75%. Candidates may propose the solutions of their choice (maintenance of one or more cogeneration units, replacement by one or more heat pumps, etc.). Design and implementation: - Design and execution studies of all the proposed works - Carrying out all the proposed works, Operation: - The supply of energy (P1), the conduct, maintenance (P2) and renewal (P3) of all installations and equipment carried out during the works for a period of 4 years from 1 September 2025 Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
