Description

This public contract concerns IT consultancy services for the corrective maintenance of the various SAP modules used mainly by the Société wallonne des Eaux (SWDE). The designated service provider will support the internal SAP team in Digit’Eaux. Depending on the future development of the integration of the other co-operators into Digit’Eaux’s SAP strategy, the service provider may also intervene on the SAP modules used by the other co-operators. The aim will therefore be to provide the SAP Hub and Digit’Eaux with specialists capable of providing real added value in terms of the maintenance of these various SAP modules. The service providers will be required to provide general advice and expertise for the performance of the various tasks assigned to them under this contract. Upon request, they must be able to replace a Digit’Eaux SAP application manager when the latter is absent.
