Description

The contracting authority wishes to purchase training and monitoring equipment for the investment objective ‘Modernisation of the university educational infrastructure for nutrition and animal pathology of USAMV Cluj-Napoca JUCU’, grouped into two lots in accordance with the specifications. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the Contracting Authority established that the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The Contracting Authority will reply to all requests for clarifications sent by economic operators 10 days before the closing date for submission of tenders to requests for clarifications received 18 days before the closing date for submission of tenders.
