Description

4.1 The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the launch and management and comprehensive operation of a self-service public bicycle rental system operating under the name of Łódzki Rower Publiczny (ŁRP) in such a way that each authorized user can rent a bicycle at a tariff approved by the Ordering Party. The Contractor will launch the LRP system between 1 April 2025 and 30 November 2025. The Contractor will deliver 1 350 bicycles and provide the LRP infrastructure under which it will be possible to make the above-mentioned bicycles available to users at 150 bicycle stations equipped with bicycle stands and 150 information totems. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its implementation are included in the draft contract and its annexes. 4.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the Invitation to Negotiate (Description of the subject of the contract) and in Annex 3 to the Invitation to Negotiate (Model contract).
