Description

In addition to the existing Hospital Hate Speechlstift in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, a replacement building with a bet, functional and OP tract is to be built. Once completed, the old hospital building is to be dismantled, with the exception of the listed part. The site planning and structural planning, as well as the planning services in the heating-ventilation-sanitary and electrical sectors, have already been specifically written out and commissioned in April 2018. Further planning services in the fields of fire protection (lot 5) and medical technology (lot 6) will be advertised as part of the procurement procedure at issue here.
