Description

The subject matter of the framework agreement is the purchase of repair and maintenance services, including PTI, for Dacia-branded cars endowed by the Romanian Court of Accounts. The acquisition will be carried out entirely by electronic means, in one step in accordance with Article 73(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended. Interested economic operators may request clarifications / additional information until the 15th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, and Article 27 of the Annex to Government Decision No 395/2016, as amended, shall be complied with.
