Supply of work clothes and protective equipment for municipal police officers and street surveillance officers of the City of Issy les Moulineaux The purpose of this consultation is to supply work clothes and protective equipment for municipal police officers and street surveillance officers of the City of Issy les Moulineaux. Following the creation of a municipal police department within the City of Issy les Moulineaux, the latter needs to acquire the outfits and related equipment intended for officers to take up their duties. The staff concerned by this contract are composed of ASVPs and future officers of the Municipal Police. The total number of officers (ASVP and PM) is estimated at 40. The contract is a single framework agreement awarded to Purchase Order Supplies, processed at unit prices pursuant to Articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-4-2 to R. 2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The contract is awarded, in accordance with Articles L. 2113-10 and R. 2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code, as follows: 1 Supply of work clothes for street guards and municipal police officers 2 Supply of small equipment and accessories 3 Supply of bulletproof vests Lot 1 is without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 200 000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract. Lot 2 has no minimum amount and a maximum amount of EUR 50 000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract.
