Consultancy service for preparation of GCIP and exercising construction supervision for the site "Reconstruction of sewerage network and bringing collectors to WWTP Botevgrad" The subject of the contract includes the implementation of the following main activities: Assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the basic requirements for construction works under Article 142(6)(2) of the Spatial Planning Act in compliance with the requirements of Article 142(5) of the Spatial Planning Act and preparation of a comprehensive report assessing the compliance of the investment project for the site described in the technical specification; Conformity assessment under Part Constructive within the meaning of Article 142(10) of the Spatial Planning Act; Exercise of construction supervision within the meaning of Art. 168 of the Spatial Planning Act, including control of the plans for temporary traffic organization in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation, approval of the materials used on the site, carrying out documentary and physical inspection of the construction process; Safety and health coordinator for the design and construction phases; Performing all necessary activities for the purpose of accepting the site – reviewing all required documentation, reviewing the implementation of the construction, the condition of the construction site and the surrounding area, scheduling a meeting for signing a Statement of Findings establishing the suitability for acceptance of the construction with Annex No 15 of Regulation No 3/2003 on the drawing up of acts and protocols during construction; Preparation of the documentation for the issuance of a permit for use in accordance with Regulation No 2/2003 on the commissioning of construction sites in the Republic of Bulgaria and the minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites, including the preparation of a final report under Article 168(6) of the Spatial Development Act and a technical passport for construction in accordance with Article 176a of the Spatial Development Act and Article 11 of Regulation No 5/2006 on the technical passports of construction sites.
