The subject-matter of the contract is the successive supply of reagents for molecular diagnostics, amplification control and extra-laboratory control (hereinafter referred to as the goods) and the lease of a spectrophotometer (hereinafter referred to as the subject-matter of the lease) for the University Clinical Hospital No 1 im. N. Barlicki, meeting the description and limit parameters and complying with the range and quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Annex No 2 to the FTZ, in accordance with the Offer Form constituting Annex No 1 to the FTZ and the ‘Required Technical Parameters’ constituting Annex No 1a to the FTZ.
