L'appalto ha per oggetto, ai sensi del D.Lgs.152/2006 e ss.mm.ii,il servizio di smaltimento e recupero del rifiuto urbano residuo “non differenziato” proveniente dalla raccolta differenziata del comune di Pioltello. Il quantitativo presunto e non vincolante, dei rifiuti conferibili EER 20.01.08 – è pari a circa 5200 tonnellate/anno.
