The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of medical equipment and equipment (‘the subject-matter of the contract’) to the neurosurgical branch of the first WSzKP SPZOZ branch in Ełk, together with unloading, placing, assembly, installation, commissioning and training of staff in accordance with the price bid and detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the table of technical and operating conditions attached to Annexes 1.1-1.10 and 3.1-3.10 to the ToR.
