170 LOTS MEDICINAL AUCTION - IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS NUMBER OF DAYS UNTIL WHICH CLARIFICATIONS MAY BE REQUESTED BEFORE THE DATE OF THE LIMIT OF APPLICATIONS: 18 DAYS THE LIMIT ON WHICH THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY WILL RESPONSIBLE CLARIFICATION REQUESTINGS CLEARLY AND COMPLETELY SHALL BE 11 DAYS BEFORE THE LIMIT LAID DOWN FOR SUBMITTING PARTICIPATION OFFERS.
