SNCF Voyageurs souhaite acquérir : - une solution informatique, à partir des codes sources lui appartenant, permettant la prise en charge des voyageurs en rupture de correspondance depuis l'envoi d'une notification au voyageur jusqu'à son hébergement et/ou acheminement, ainsi que l'avance des frais induits; - des presttions de maintien en condition oppérationnelle et d'hébergement de cette solution informatique, - des prestations de commissionnaire pour le compte de SNCF Voyageurs.
