‘Organising and carrying out specialised transport of pupils subject to compulsory schooling for the 2025/2026 school year by bus, according to a route schedule for each school day according to the timetable for school time for the new 2025/2026 school year, established by an order of the Minister for Education and Science’; The scope of the public procurement includes services for the provision of specialized transportation of pupils on school bus lines and of children subject to compulsory education under Art. 283, para. 2 of the Pre-school and School Education Act . ‘Organising and carrying out specialised transport of pupils subject to compulsory schooling for the 2025/2026 school year by bus, according to a route schedule for each school day according to the timetable for school time for the new 2025/2026 school year, established by an order of the Minister for Education and Science’. The transportation of students is carried out according to certified curricula for the educational process and in compliance with the safety conditions. Specialized transportation of pupils shall be carried out every school day-departure and return, according to an additional schedule, applied by the contracting authority, consistent with the beginning and end of the classes in the educational institutions, drawn up in accordance with Annex № 9a of Ordinance № 33 of 3.11.1999 on public transport of passengers and goods on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, issued by the Minister of Transport, in coordination with the Regional Department "Control Activity - DAI" at the place of registration of the carrier. The execution of the contract should be carried out in full compliance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority in compliance with the requirements of the normative acts of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Community, including: The Road Transport Act, Ordinance № 33 of 3.11.1999 on public transport of passengers and goods on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, issued by the Minister of Transport, the Ordinance on the conditions and procedure for granting funds to compensate for the reduced revenues from the application of prices for public passenger transport by road provided for in the normative acts for certain categories of passengers, for subsidizing public passenger transport on unprofitable bus lines in inland urban transport and transport in mountain and other areas and for issuing transport documents for carrying out the transport. When the existing legal framework is amended, implementation should take place in accordance with the newly adopted and/or amended legal framework. TOTAL DAY TEMPERATURE: 186.4 km. Number of buses required to perform the transport – 2 (two) main bus and 1 (one) backup bus. Indicative daily mileage in km. – 186.4 km Indicative number of courses per day – 4 (four). Estimated number of school days: 181 (one hundred and eighty-one). Depending on the curriculum, the number of students and settlements with students, the assignor reserves the right to change the daily mileage and the number of courses. According to Article 48(1) of the PPA, the necessary characteristics of the subject of the public procurement are described in the Technical Specification annexed to this documentation and the draft contract.
