Description
The large district town of Leutkirch in the Allgäu is planning the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops and vehicle hall. The waterworks is currently located on the site of the Bauhof on Brühlstraße. Because the new construction of a fire station is planned at the current location and the construction yard is therefore being rebuilt elsewhere (south of the sewage treatment plant), a new location for the waterworks must also be found. For this purpose, a site survey was carried out. The Tautenhofer Straße site northeast of the existing pumping station on the Rauns prevailed in the municipal council, as the development (electricity, water) is already in place. The remaining vehicles can be parked under the roof in the depot area. The GFA (R) is about 1,900m ², the GFA (S) about 335m ² for canopies. We are looking for a landscape architect for the planning and construction supervision services of the service phases 1-8, +9 on the basis of HOAI 2021, §§ 38-40 for outdoor installations. The assignment should be carried out in stages. In the first stage, the performance phases 1-3 are commissioned.
