Description

The grassland ditches are habitats of a large number of rare species and are listed as sites under the Habitats Directive for the protection of different species. Due to succession processes, in order to preserve the species-rich grave habitat, it is necessary to evacuate over several years. The work steps required are the recording and digital documentation of the trench biotope types and landing conditions, the recording and digital documentation of the red-list species and target species of the ditches and trench edges, including cartographic representation, the derivation of the ditches to be cleared and mapped in the trenching plan as a basis for the subsequent execution of the clearance, the on-site instruction, including the marking of ditches to be cleared on the site and the removal of protected vegetation stands to be saved for the execution operation, and the documentation of the clearance of the ditches digitally and as a report.
