Description

The contract is awarded as part of the Lower Saxony Way package of measures and serves to record the biotope types of mesophilic grassland (GM), other species-rich wet and wet grassland (GF) and orchards and pastures (HO) outside FFH areas that have been newly included in the statutory biotope protection pursuant to § 24 NNatSchG since 1 January 2021. The description of the biotope types and the collection criteria is given in the current version of the mapping key for biotope types in Lower Saxony (V. DRACHENFELS 2021) (https://www.nlwkn.niedersachsen.de/kartierschluessel-biotoptypes/kartierschluessel-fuer-biotoptyp-in-Niederdersachsen-45164.html). More details on the nature and scope of the contract can be found in the Specifications - Technical Part (Part B). The invitation to tender relates exclusively to two lots (Nos 2 and 9) which were tendered under the previous invitation to tender 0112-DLG/2024-03.224 (EU Notice No 765941 of 17 December 1941). December 2024) was repealed on 18 February 2025. The estimated total contract amount for Lots 2 and 9 is approximately EUR 45 200.00 net. The estimated contract values per lot are as follows: Lot 2 Helmstedt-Ost 14.850 EUR Lot 9 Stade-Süd 30.350 EUR This is a forecast and an indication for the preparation and calculation of the offer and does not constitute an acceptance obligation on the part of the customer.
