Description

Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of Kleczew Commune from owners of inhabited real estate. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the FTZ. The Contractor shall implement the subject-matter of the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the FTZ, in particular in the draft contracts which constitute Annex 9 to the FTZ and in the description of the subject-matter of the contract which constitutes Annex 1 to the FTZ.
