Description

The subject of this public contract is the supply of shower beds – part 1 of the HVAC, shower chairs – part 2 of the HVAC, including accessories for the needs of the Motol Cancer Centre FNMH. The subject of performance also includes: (i.) Installation and commissioning of the apparatus, including verification of its functionality, performance of all prescribed tests and tests. (ii.) Instruction/training of medical personnel by a person authorised to do so pursuant to Section 41 of Act No 375/2022 on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (‘Act No 375/2022’). (iii.) Warranty and post-warranty servicing of the apparatus to be carried out by a person authorised to do so, on the basis of the manufacturer’s certificate of training as a service technician pursuant to Sections 44-46 of Act No 375/2022
