Subject of the order: The subject of this contract is the provision of various types of insurance services for the needs of the Bulgarian Sports Totalizer State Enterprise. Lots: the subject-matter of the contract comprised three lots, as follows: - Lot 1 ‘Insurance against risks associated with the vehicles operated by BST State Enterprise’; - Lot 2 ‘Insurance against risks associated with money collected as proceeds from BST State Enterprise’; - Lot 3 ‘Insurance of liability to third parties of BST State Enterprise employees using firearms for security purposes’. This public procurement includes three lots, with a total estimated value of BGN 418 000 excluding VAT. Under Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, lots No 2 ‘Insurance against risks related to money collected as proceeds from BST SE’ and No 3 ‘Insurance against third parties of BST SE employees using firearms for security purposes’ will be assigned according to their individual values, in accordance with Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act.
