1. The subject of the contract is: Supply of medical devices for enteral and parenteral nutrition of the Prof. Witold Orłowski SPSK CMKP. A detailed summary of the assortment can be found in Annex 2 to the FTZ – an assortment and price form divided into 4 packages: Package No. 1 - Parenteral feeding bags Package No. 2 - Camera with a bag for filling and transfusing the enteric diet Package No. 3 - Catheter closing system Package No. 4 - Protective plates and rings 2. The Ordering Party shall allow partial tenders to be submitted in packages from 1 to 4. 3. A tender may be submitted for one, several or all of the lots referred to in point 1.
