The subject-matter of the contract shall include: Collection and management of waste with code 19 12 10, i.e. combustible waste (alternative fuel) from Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. in Rzędów, divided into parts: Part 1: Collection and management of min. 2 000 Mg of waste with code 19 12 10 - estimated amount of waste to be managed: min 2 000 Mg – max 2 500 Mg; Part 2: Collection and management of min. 2 000 Mg of waste with code 19 12 10 - estimated amount of waste to be managed: min 2 000 Mg – max 2 500 Mg; 3. The Ordering Party reserves that certain amounts of waste are indicative amounts and may be subject to change, the Ordering Party guarantees a minimum amount of waste at the level of: 2 000 Mg. for each part of the order. 5.
