Description

The subject of the contract is: purchase and supply of laboratory reagents, consumables and lease of laboratory equipment in the field of microbiology. Deliveries will be carried out successively in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party. The method of execution (successful deliveries) will be the same for each part of the order. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annexes 2a.1-2a.3 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract – limit parameters for analysers. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders divided into 3 lots / tasks / packages according to the following division: 1) Package 1 - Supply of microbial identification and drug sensitivity tests with lease of an automated analyser; 2) Package 2 - Supply of reference strains; 3) Package No. 3 – Supply of blood and body fluid culture apparatus and substrates. Expiry date of the tests not less than 6 months from the date of delivery – applies to Package 1. Validity not less than 12 months from the date of delivery – applies to Package 2. Substrates with an expiry date of at least 6 months from the date of delivery. – concerns package 3. Detailed conditions for the delivery, including access to the Ordering Party's buildings, are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ.
