Description

The subject-matter of the contract shall be: (a) Production and delivery of a new mobile, assembled and dismantled sliding roof structure and related equipment, in particular stage and lighting equipment, for the purpose of long-term organization of cultural events within Smetana's Litomyšl in the Second Courtyard of the State Castle Litomyšl ("Smetana Hall"), creation and delivery of the underlying production documentation corresponding to the architectural drawing and specification specified in the tender documentation and assembly scheme intended for subsequent assembly and dismantling of the Smetana Hall by a person different from the Producer, (b) provision of the first transport of the Smetana Hall to the Second Courtyard of the State Castle Litomyšl, its installation, putting the Smetana Hall into operation, so that the Smetana Hall can be used for the organization of the NF Smetana's Litomyšl 2025, and ensuring cleaning after activities related to the installation of the Smetana Hall, including the disposal and removal of waste arising from the installation of the Smetana Hall, (c) the removal of the Smetana Hall from the premises of the State Chateau Litomyšl after the end of the Smetana Hall 2025, ensuring cleaning after activities related to the removal of the Smetana Hall, the disposal and removal of waste arising from the removal of the Smetana Hall, the storage of the Smetana Hall in accordance with the storage conditions for the Smetana Hall, which are further specified in the tender documentation, and (d) conducting training on the correct procedure for the assembly, dismantling and use of the Smetana Hall.
