The subject of the order is the periodic delivery of medicinal products to "MHAT - D-R ASEN VELEV" Ltd. upon prior request, according to a specification enclosed in the documentation for participation in the procedure. The term for execution of the order is 24 (twenty-four) months from the conclusion of a contract for periodically performed deliveries depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The delivery time is at the proposal of the participant in hours not longer than 24 hours from receipt of a written request from the Assignor. The procedure covers 29 lots. Tenders may be submitted: - for the whole procedure - for one or more lots, the Participant shall submit only one tender, according to the conditions specified in the tender documents. The medicinal products offered must comply with the minimum requirements laid down in the specification drawn up by the contracting authority. Participants should declare that they have a valid marketing authorisation for the medicinal product, issued under the ZLPHM or under Regulation (EC) No 726/2004, with an approved summary of the proposed product characteristics. In the event that the participants are in a procedure for the renewal of the marketing authorisation or when the marketing authorisation expires during the contract, the participants should declare in accordance with Article 55(6) of the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act that the quantities of the medicinal product are available.
