Description

We are looking for an experienced interim team manager for Security of Existence for a period of approximately 12 months. The interim team manager ends up in an organisational unit with three teams: Income, Money and Activation, each with its own team leader. The teams consist of committed, expert and passionate professionals who are committed to improving the livelihood of Rijswijk residents on a daily basis. These teams carry out the statutory tasks under the Participation Act and the Municipal Debt Assistance Act. Since April 2026, these parts have been brought together in one team. At the same time, there is a context in which different expectations live about leadership, ownership, accountability, responsibilities and escalation of issues. In addition, differences in team dynamics, history and informal influence play a role in the collaboration. €372.762,00
