Predmet nabave je izvođenje radova konstrukcijske obnove 52 potresom oštećenih obiteljskih kuća na području katastrofe izuzev Siska, Petrinje i Gline, na poznatim adresama, kako je uređeno Zakonom o obnovi, Programom mjera, Zakonom o gradnji te vezanim propisima kojima se uređuje obnova kao i propisima kojima se uređuje obavljanje poslova i djelatnosti prostornog uređenja i gradnje te svakoj naknadnoj izmjeni i dopuni tih propisa.
