Description

Die CAR T Zell Therapie stellt ein innovatives Therapieverfahren dar, das nur von qualifizierten Zentren durchgeführt werden darf. Mit den Präparaten Yescarta® und Tecartus® soll es im Klinikum Klagenfurt erstmals angewendet werden. Bei der Arzneimittelkommissionssitzung im März 2024 wurde die Absicht für einen Einsatz von Yescarta® zur Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit diffus großzelligem BZell-Lymphom (DLBCL) und hochmalignem B-Zell-Lymphom (HGBL) nach Tumorboardempfehlung bekanntgegeben und die Einleitung weiterer Schritte beschlossen.
