The subject of the contract is the performance of investor supervision as part of the task entitled ‘Improving the energy efficiency of educational establishments in the Capital City of Warsaw – Scope 3’ under the Investment: B1.1.3. Thermomodernisation of educational institutions of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan entitled: Thermomodernisation of Stanisław Staszic High School No XIV, which aims to improve the energy efficiency of the building and to ensure proper microclimate parameters inside the building, in line with the energy audit. 3.1. The subject-matter of the contract shall be determined by:  Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No 8 to the FTZ,  Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No 7 to the FTZ,  Project documentation, constituting Annex No 9 to the FTZ.
