The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of various food products for a period of 12 months in the ranges and quantities given in the price form constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to this FTZ, i.e. according to the tasks as follows: Activity 1: Supply of cereal and other products; Activity 2: Supply of mineral waters; Task 3: Supply of loose goods, spices and other foodstuffs; Task 4: Delivery of chicken eggs; Task 5: Supply of products for infants and children; Task 6: Supplies of processed fruit and vegetable products, and others; Task 7: Supplies of fish, fish fillets and seafood; Task 8: Deliveries of frozen flour products; Task 9: Deliveries of oils and fats; Task 10: The Ordering Party informs that in this procedure conducted under the open tender procedure, it provides for the possibility of using the procedure referred to in Article 139 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, using the above procedure, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure.
