Description

Aktive AV-Medientechnik für Neubau FAIR Controle Centre. Das Baugrundstück liegt auf dem Campus des GSI Instituts für Schwerionenforschung GmbH an der Planckstraße 1 in 64291 Darmstadt. Die Fläche des zukünftigen FCC ist im Bebauungsplan Wx 12, Gemarkung Arheilgen, Flur 24 als Sondergebiet SO 1.2 mit maximaler Höhe der geplanten baulichen Anlage von 154 m über NN deklariert. Durch den Auftragnehmer sind folgende Leistungen anzubieten und auszuführen: - Errichten der Audiovisuellen Medienanlagen in zwei Gebäudeteilen - Sound Masking System - Beschallungstechnik - Konferenztechnik - Bildtechnik und Anzeigesysteme - Multimediale Steuerungssysteme - Prüfen, messen und Dokumentieren der errichteten Anlagen - Inbetriebnahme der errichteten Anlagen und Abstimmung mit anderen Gewerken - Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Einweisung für das Bedienpersonal.
