Description

The city of Löhne, represented on the one hand by the Office for Road Construction and Transport and on the other hand by its own operation, the municipal utilities Löhne, in turn represented by the Department of Urban Drainage, intend to provide the planning services for the 3. to commission the construction phase for the fundamental renewal of the ‘Koblenzer Straße’, including the rehabilitation of the canal. The contract includes the property planning services for transport facilities under § 47 HOAI in LPH 1-3 and 5-9 (construction costs net approximately EUR 1,700,000) as well as the property planning services for engineering structures of drainage under § 43 HOAI in LPH 5-9 (construction costs net approximately EUR 500,000). The commissioning of special experts is carried out separately by the client.
