Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of IT equipment to the imaging and sound processing studio, the scanning and printing studio, the digital materials preparation studio for the printing process, the typography and book publishing studio for printing and the photo processing studio. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts: Part 1: The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 6a to the SWZ – which is at the same time a description of the equipment offered Part 2: The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 6b to the SWZ – which is also a description of the equipment offered Part 3: The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 6c to the SWZ – which is at the same time a description of the equipment offered. The contracting authority allows partial tenders to be submitted and informs that one contractor may submit tenders for all lots, i.e. three lots. 3. The description of the Offered Equipment should be submitted with the offer, in accordance with the model constituting Appendix No. 6a and/or 6b and/or 6c to the SWZ (i.e. on the date of submission of offers), because the specification of the service that will be provided in it if the offer is selected as the most advantageous one, constitutes the content of the offer. However, the content of the offer consists only of those items in the "Description of the Equipment Offered", in which the Contractors should not only confirm the compliance of the parameters of the offered equipment with the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority - on the basis of the principle "meets/does not meet", but also provide the full name of the manufacturer, type and model of the offered equipment in order to uniquely identify it and/or specify the size of the technical parameters or characteristics of the offered equipment. Clarification of this information is necessary for the Ordering Party to conduct the procedure and constitutes the content of the offer. Therefore, any failure to submit the Description of the Offered Equipment on the date of submission of tenders, or failure to complete or incorrectly complete the Description of the Offered Equipment, preventing the Ordering Party from identifying the offered equipment, or the inability to determine: whether the offered equipment meets the minimum technical requirements referred to in the model constituting Annex No. 6a and/or 6b and/or 6c to the SWZ, will result in an absolute rejection of the offer, pursuant to the provisions of Art. 1(2)(c) and/or Art. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Act. However, those items in the Description of the Offered Equipment in which the Contractors should confirm only the compliance of the parameters of the offered equipment with the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party on the basis of: "meets/does not meet" (without the need to specify the information), do not have the character of the content of the offer, but constitute the means of proof in question to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements, characteristics or criteria specified by the Ordering Party, referred to in Article 106 sec. 1 of the PPL Act. Accordingly, if the original Description of the Equipment Offered in the items: "comply/do not comply" proves to be incomplete or inaccurate, the Contracting Authority will call on the Contractor to submit or complete the Description of the Equipment offered, but in the part covering only these items: "compliant/non-compliant" which, at the date of submission of tenders, had been filled in incorrectly by the Contractor or had not been filled in at all. However, it is unacceptable to submit or supplement, after the deadline for submission of tenders, the Description of the Offered Equipment in the part constituting the content of the tender, if it would serve to supplement information originally not provided, or change the originally specified amounts of technical parameters or features of the offered equipment. 4. Additional requirements imposed by the Ordering Party for the subject of the contract: - Items of delivery are to be brand new and unused, of adequate quality and functionality, free from defects, made of materials approved for marketing, widespread use and use. - Delivery includes all activities related to unloading, complete assembly and setting up of equipment at the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 5. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The Contractor may submit a tender for any number of parts of the procedure. 6. The most advantageous tender will be selected separately for each lot. 7. The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of submitting a variant offer. 8. The order must be completed within: up to 21 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
