Additional requirements imposed by the Ordering Party for the subject of the contract: - Items of delivery are to be brand new and unused, of adequate quality and functionality, free from defects, made of materials approved for marketing, widespread use and use. - Delivery includes all activities related to unloading, complete assembly and setting up of equipment at the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 5. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The Contractor may submit a tender for any number of parts of the procedure. 6. The order must be completed within: up to 21 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
