Description

Implementation of an ex-ante transparency notice regarding the maintenance and servicing of the existing measurement, control and control technology as well as building control technology at the UK St. Pölten. The existing GLT is a proprietary planned and licensed system by the manufacturer. The contract includes in particular the ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance, functional verification, troubleshooting as well as the documentation of all existing MSR and GLT components, including the associated software, control units and interfaces to the technical building systems. Due to technical dependencies and exclusive rights, the service can only be provided by manufacturers.
