Description

In this invitation to tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to obtain offers for repair and maintenance of Copenhagen Municipality vehicles up to and including 3500 kg.Copenhagen Municipality's fleet currently consists of 678 vehicles divided into Diesel vehicles and electric vehicles, respectively, consisting of approximately 20 different makes, cf. Annex 1a Vehicle List.The Vehicle List (Annex 1a) shows which vehicles are covered by the contract. During the contract period, the supplier must expect the schedule to be dynamic, as the vehicle shown in the schedule may be deleted during the contract period, just as new vehicles acquired during the contract period are included in the schedule.For a more detailed description of the services offered, including the minimum performance requirements, please refer to the call for tenders Technical specification (Annex 1), the Vehicle list (Annex 1a) and the List of tenders (Annex 2), as well as any corrections and answers to questions.The requirements for contractual terms are set out in the Draft Contract (Framework Agreement) and its annexes attached as Annex A, while the performance requirements are described in detail in the Technical specification (Annex 1), the Vehicle list (Annex 1a) and in the List of tenders (Annex 2).
