Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment to the MRI laboratory divided into 4 (four) Tasks: Task 1 – Delivery of the anaesthetic apparatus to the MRI laboratory. Task 2 – Delivery of the cardiomonitor to the MRI laboratory. Task 3 – Delivery of the syringe pump to the MRI laboratory. Task 4 – Delivery of the cardiomonitor to the wake-up room. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for Task No. 1, Task No. 2, Task No. 3, Task No. 4 includes: Appendix 1 – Assortment and price list and Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ). 3. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are regulated in the Model Contract Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. Deadline for performance of the contract (for all 4 lots): 45 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 5. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The procedure consists of four parts: Task No 1, Task No 2, Task No 3, Task No 4, described in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires the submission of a tender for the entire task, it is unacceptable to submit a tender for selected items. Each part of the procedure will be considered separately. The Contractor may submit a tender for any lot of his choice. The Contracting Authority shall not limit the number of lots for which one Contractor may submit a tender. 6.
