Description

The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. 1 pt. 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2017, item 788 as amended hereafter: ‘Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and scraping, and nursery and seed management, to be carried out in the Starachowice Forest District in 2019. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract covers the total number of work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and scrapping, and nursery and seed management as set out in Annex 3 to the ToR. A detailed description of the work (activities) forming part of the subject-matter of the contract and a detailed description of the technology for carrying out the individual forestry works (activities) forming part of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the ToR.
