Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the organisation of two six-day scientific camps (preparation and delivery of lectures, visits to industrial sites, laboratories, technological circuits and technical facilities, conducting a competition for engineering knowledge and skills, conducting a survey, accommodation, food, transport, insurance) for students of the 2nd year of the Energy Engineering Department of the Silesia University of Technology in the framework of the project entitled ‘Modern staff for modern energy’ No POKL.04.01.02-00-130/12 and for caregivers. 2. The contracting authority plans to launch the first camp in the first half of July 2014. (if it is not possible to implement by this date, the camp will be organised in September 2014) and the second camp for the month of September 2014. Start of the camp no later than 9:00 on the first day of the camp, end of the camp no earlier than 16.00 hours on the sixth day of the camp. The exact date of the first camp will be communicated by the Contracting Authority, in agreement with the Contractor, within 5 days of the date of conclusion of the contract, and the exact date of the second camp will be communicated by the Contracting Authority, in agreement with the Contractor, within 21 days prior to departure.
