Description

Възложителят обявява настоящата процедура за възлагане на обществена поръчка на основание чл.18, ал.1, т.1 и ал.2, във връзка с чл.74 от Закона за обществените поръчки. В предмета на поръчката е включена доставка, монтаж и баланс на нови гуми и джанти за леки и лекотоварни автомобили, собственост на ТП ДГС Чирпан за срок от 24 месеца, както и монтаж, демонтаж, лепене, баланс, изправяне на джанти, почистване на ръжда, вулканизация и други сходни услуги на употребявани автомобилни гуми на възложителя.За нерегламентираните в документацията за участие условия по провеждането на процедурата се прилагат разпоредбите на Закона за обществените поръчки и Правилника за прилагането му, както и приложимите национални и международни нормативни актове.
