Description

Im Rahmen dieser Markterkundung sollen Informationen zu verfügbaren Softwarelösungen sowie ergänzenden Dienstleistungen eingeholt werden, die den sicheren Betrieb und die Einführung einer Anwendung in einer Hochsicherheitsumgebung unterstützen. Gegenstand der Anfrage sind insbesondere Leistungen zur Begleitung der Einführung vor Ort (on premise), zur technischen und organisatorischen Migration einer komplexen Oracle‑Datenbank, zur Bereitstellung und Durchführung von Schulungen, zur Sicherstellung von Wartungs‑ und Supportleistungen gemäß SLA sowie zur Umsetzung von Release‑Anforderungen. Zusätzlich werden Lösungen für Datenimporte und ‑exporte sowie generische Schnittstellen zur Massendatenverarbeitung betrachtet.
