Description

The Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis aims to conclude a framework agreement on the provision of bicycles by way of leasing (partial amortisation leasing) in accordance with TV-Fahrradleasing or Landesbesoldungsgesetz NRW. The bicycles are to be left to those employees who are covered by the scope of TV bicycle leasing, as well as to civil servants by means of a wage conversion for official and private use. The agreement also includes insurance, training and services, in particular the processing of ordering, return and claims processes, maintenance and repair, incident management and the provision of an online portal. The estimated purchase quantity is 200 bicycles. A minimum purchase quantity is not agreed. A binding maximum acceptance limit of 250 wheels applies.
