Description

The consultation concerns the public service concession for the management of paid parking on roads and works in Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville-d'Avray. It is a concession combined in two lots with, on the one hand, the management of parking lots and paid on-street parking in Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Sèvres and Ville-d'Avray and, on the other hand, the management of parking lots and paid on-street parking for Issy-les-Moulineaux, Meudon and Vanves. The consultation is subject to articles L.1411-1 et seq. of the General Code of Local Authorities and L.1121-1, L.1121-3, L3100-1 et seq. and R.3111-1 et seq. of the Public Order Code (CCP). The concession will take effect from its date of notification, with effect from 1 May 2027, for a firm period of 6 years, i.e. until 30 April 2033. The duration of 6 years is justified in the light of the investments and equipment to be mobilised by the concessionaire and their depreciation period. The tasks and obligations of the concessionaires are detailed in the consultation documents and include in particular: carrying out the work necessary for the management of paid parking, setting up sales and payment systems, carrying out a study to dedensify the number of timestamps, managing, monitoring and potential developments of all interfaces (API), paid parking on roads, parking lots, and communication assistance.
