Description

The State Chancellery of Saxony, Dresden Service, regularly (approximately 20 per year) organises various events (e.g.: State visits, receptions, ordinances, external cabinet meetings, adventssing and carnivals) and press points (conferences, conversations, pictures). The events and press points take place throughout the country and on weekdays as well as on Sundays and public holidays. They are usually one day.
For the events and press events, the State Chancellery requires sound and lighting technology, which can be used both inside and outside enclosed premises.
This framework contract does not cover events and press points which:
— take place in the media centre of the State Chancellery,
— via the event agency already contracted by the State Chancellery (as retrieved from the framework contract concluded with that agency for the planning, design and execution of events
the State Chancellery) or
— take place in places where there is already a contractual relationship between third parties and an undertaking for the provision of sound and lighting technology for the venue.
