Construction of single carriageway urban road Beckett Link Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin
The works comprise the construction of c. 1.6km 2-way single carriageway urban road (Level 2 (50km/h)), linking Cherrywood Avenue (Node H) to Bishop Street (Node F), Lehaunstown Greenway and the junction between Mercer's Road and Gun and Drum Hill (Node E2). The scope includes the construction of an underpass below the Wyattville Link Road (WLR) The Proposed Scheme is located within the Cherrywood SDZ lands primarily within Development Area 7 (Macnebury) and extends south into Development Area 6 (Bride’s Glen). The road will serve as a dedicated western link within the SDZ, while also opening up access to land parcels for development.
