Description

General project management for the construction of a new tramway depot (CEMO - Centre d'Exploitation et de Maintenance Ode à la mer) as part of the arrival of new tramway trains and the increase in the transport offer linked to free of charge Estimate Base works: 120.8 M euro(s) excluding tax (July 2025 value) The project consists in ensuring the storage and complete maintenance of trams: 35 sheds and 9 workshop lanes (expandable to 42 sheds) - Operation: Take-over – Maintenance: complete for trams, pit tower (optional), paint booth for oar noses and whole bus. The Fixed Installations department (50 staff) moves into the CEMO - Store: complete for the operation of the network's tram fleet and for the IF service. Resorption of outsourced stores - General means: changing rooms, refectories, parking Service vehicles, Staff vehicles, Heavyweights - Photovoltaic production on roofs and car parks - Reception of 250 staff including 130 at the same time - Environmental compensation The land rights of the operation, of the order of 7 ha, are integrated into the ZAC Ode à la Mer Phase 1 Standard project management missions: - Preliminary studies and diagnosis, Preliminary draft summary, Detailed preliminary draft - Project studies, Execution studies, Directorate for the execution of works - Assistance with works contracts and acceptance operations Additional tasks: - Design and Insurance Plan Sustainable Development - Preparation of files for administrative procedures - Coordination SSI - Production of an estimated detail with quantitatives at the PRO stage - Furniture equipment - Thermodynamic simulation - Documentary electronic management - Digital model - Management of the synthesis cell - Control and Coordination of the Buildings - Coordination of network movements - Drafting of the first-tier contracts - Summary and presentation of the DOE and DIUO - Constitution Security Files (STPG decree) - Performance of the Tramway Ensemble Tests - Communication
